Jamie Holtzman
Jamie has 30+ years of public accounting experience, including 18 years as a partner in the Austin Office of Ernst & Young. Jamie has significant experience serving public and private companies in a variety of industries including broadcasting, technology, retail, manufacturing, health care, and non profit. Jamie served venture-backed entrepreneurial companies from start- up through their respective initial public offerings. His experience includes annual audit services, due diligence assistance, mergers and acquisitions and general advisory services. Jamie is currently an advisory director for Ronald McDonald House Charities and a sustaining member of the University of Texas Department of Accounting Advisory Committee. Jamie previously served as a director of the Paramount Theatre for the Performing Arts and Austin Groups for the Elderly.
John Moellenberg
John has over 19 years of public accounting experience including 16 years in the Cleveland, St. Louis and Austin Offices of Ernst & Young. John has significant experience serving private and public clients in manufacturing, construction, technology, natural resources, governments and non-for profits. John is head of the firm’s internal control practice which includes Sarbanes Oxley, SAS 70 audits and internal audit related projects. He has quickly gained a reputation as an internal control specialist in the Austin business community. John's Ernst & Young experience included six years as a member of their information technology audit group and as an executive in their Business Risk Services Group, whose primary focus is internal audit co-sourcing arrangements.
Mike Panozzo
Mike has 13 years of experience in public accounting including 10 years in Ernst & Young's Houston and Austin offices, most recently as a senior manager. Mike’s experience includes serving public and private companies in the technology, retail, manufacturing, services, construction, and non-profit industries. His experience also includes heavy involvement in the early stage, venture backed market serving high growth companies from start-up to initial public offering. Mike graduated from Texas A&M University and stays active in the Austin community serving the First Tee of Greater Austin and the Lone Star Chapter of the National MS Society.
Chris Perkins
Chris has over 18 years of public accounting experience in Dallas, Boston and Austin. Prior to joining the Firm, Chris was a partner at Ernst & Young in the Boston Technology practice, where he focused on providing assurance services to technology companies. Chris has deep experience serving private and public clients in software, telecommunications, retail and manufacturing. Chris currently focuses on providing assurance or advisory services to rapidly growing, typically venture-backed technology companies. Chris has assisted companies that range in size from pre-revenue startups to Fortune 500 companies.
